October 6 - 7, 2016 the Republican Center for Socio-Economic Development "SABR" visited
Sarah Murrel is the first secretary of the Directorate for Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Joanna Denis Bidsworth is the head of the Politics and People's Diplomacy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Embassy official Nargiza Abdukadyrova. During the meeting, the guests were provided with information about the history of the creation of the NGO "SABR" and cooperation with the British NGO "Haven-Wolverhampton" for 18 years. Presented are two booklets published as a result of the partnership project "Supporting Local Community Development for Sustainable Livelihoods and Improving Living Standards in Rural Areas" (20 August 2013 - 18 September 2015), supported by the EU IBPP program. The guests also visited the Local Development Center at the Pedagogical College of Samarkand.
