Throughout these activities, the SABR Centre has consistently upheld the principles of respect, human rights protection, non-discrimination, and ensuring the safety of all programme participants. A victim-centred approach is a key element of all the organisation's initiatives. Particular attention is paid to vulnerable groups, such as women with disabilities and those from low-income families and rural areas, who often face multiple barriers when trying to access assistance and protect their rights.
The 16 Days Against Violence Action (November 25 to December 10) is an International Campaign initiated in 1991 by the Institute for Women's Global Leadership and is held annually around the world in more than 158 countries.
The "SABR" center annually, since 2002, has been conducting a media campaign "16 days against violence" thereby contributing to the prevention of violence and improving the quality of life in families.
