Two-day training for trainers “Communication Strategy: effective ways to inform the public and other stakeholders about reforms. Methods of interaction with different stakeholder groups”

On September 16-17, 2024 in Tashkent, at the Center for Advanced Training of Social Protection System Workers of the National Agency for Social Protection, trainers of “Microfinance Organization Sabr” conducted a two-day training for trainers, organized with the support of the World Bank and the National Agency for Social Protection within the framework of the project ‘Improving Energy Efficiency’ on the topic ”Communication Strategy: effective ways to inform the public and other stakeholders about reforms. Methods of interaction with different stakeholder groups”. During the training the participants studied different ways of developing communication strategies, informing the public, gained basic skills of effective communication, successful conflict resolution, working with adult audiences, stakeholders and difficult opponents.
